Maria Estela De Orduña

Maria Estela De Orduña is a native of Mexico, licensed as an attorney in Mexico (1997) and in California (2006) which allows her to practice on both sides of the border. Her practice is focused on family law with an emphasis in international family law matters, which include international custody cases and a division of property in cross-border matters. Estela also recently began practicing under her own boutique law firm, cultivating clients on both sides of the border.

The De Orduña Family Law is a private practice, however we are proud to volunteer to help the community every year. This work has been recognized by the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (2018 Distinguished Service Award) and was honored by the State Bar of California for her pro bono efforts in 2018. She has also received the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate by the California Lawyer’s Association in 2017, 2019 & 2020. San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Stars is a designation of top-rated practicing attorneys selected through extensive evaluation. She was awarded this distinction for 2016.
